China has Anta. Japan has ASICS. Germany has adidas. The US has Nike and Lululemon. India has none.
Hyperballik is building India's first global sports brand - a performance activewear company engineered from the ground up for Indian bodies, Indian climate, and Indian price points. We design, make, and sell the product across e-commerce and retail.
We are nine months in, growing at 7x on the monthly revenue run rate. $2M committed capital, fully funded by our Incubating Partner - the co-founder of one of India's most successful new-age consumer electronics brands, built from zero to market leadership in under a decade.
The Role
You will own and scale the operational backbone of the company - sourcing, vendor development, production planning, quality, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment. You will work directly with the founders and senior shared-service leadership to build systems that can support a 10x scale-up over the next 24 months.
This is not a mid-level ops role at an established company. You are building the function from scratch.
Who You Are
- First-principles thinker. You don't wait for a playbook - you write it.
- Track record of ownership - something you built, ran, or scaled that you can talk about with pride.
- Bias for action over analysis paralysis. We move fast and iterate.
- Genuine interest in consumer brands, sport, or fitness. You don't need to be an athlete, but you need to care.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Founding teams don't inherit structure - they create it.
- High standards for your own work and the work of those around you.
