- Develops and deploys scaled-up, commercially attractive plants of Green Hydrogen and its derivatives.
- Founded by industry professionals bringing in a combined 50+ years of international experience in Renewables, Industrial Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), Industrial Gases operations and safety and Project finance/Private Equity.
Mandatory minimum requirements (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in Air Gases (Bulk or Packaged)
- Total 12-15 years experience
- Thorough knowledge of industrial zones in Maharashtra the Major Power Zones
- Extensive travel (approx. 10 days a month) to identify, map opportunities and interact with customers.
Skills
- A good technical understanding of Air Gases is a must
- Presentation skills, Good verbal and written Communication Skills.
- Ability to interact with various customer functions Operations, Procurement, HSE
- Ability to upsell and convince customers about value value-added propositions of the organisation
Major Responsibilities
- Accountable for Business Development, Opportunity Mapping in a large territory
- Support and implement marketing plans
- Gather Market intelligence and monitor industry trends
- Maintain lists of target accounts, and execute actions to engage target accounts
- Ability to scan the industrial horizon for new projects and identify different stakeholders
- Secure long-term relationships by finalising long-term supply agreements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for Project Execution
- Tracking & Reporting Progress to Management through CRM Tools
