Hwashin Automotive India - Senior Finance Officer

Role Overview:

Hwashin Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a Senior Officer Finance for its Pune manufacturing location. The role involves handling core finance and accounting operations including statutory compliance, AR/AP, MIS reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Tally Prime, with exposure to manufacturing or auto component industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

- Coordination with internal and external auditors during statutory and internal audits.

- Maintaining accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.

- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and financial regulations.

- Supporting finance closing activities and reconciliations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of GST Return and TDS Return processes.

- Experience in Statutory Reporting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Education:

- UG: B.Com (Commerce)

- PG: MBA / PGDM (Finance) or M.Com (Commerce)
