Your Role: Sr. Manager PV Modules Sales

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the solar photovoltaic sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies across channels like C&F networks, IPP developers, OEM partnerships, and government/B2B2G segments.

What Youll Do:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for PV modules across identified market segments

- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities in the solar energy sector

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessment to position products effectively

Channel Development & Management:


C&F Channel Development: Establish, develop, and manage Carry & Forward distributor networks across assigned territories

IPP Developer Relations: Build strong relationships with Independent Power Producer developers and manage complex project-based sales cycles

OEM Partnership Management: Handle and manage large-scale orders for Tier-1 companies, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

Government & B2B2G Sales: Develop and manage government contracts, tenders, and B2B2G liaising for institutional sales

Account Management & Customer Relations:

- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major clients

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining profitability targets

- Provide technical support and consultation to clients on PV module specifications and applications

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective order management and after-sales support

What Were Looking For:

Experience Requirements (Any One of the Following):

- 8-10 years of proven experience in any of these areas:

- C&F Channel Development in renewable energy, electrical, or related industrial sectors

- IPP Developer Lobby experience with understanding of project development cycles and stakeholder management

- OEM Order Management for Tier-1 companies with experience in large-scale B2B transactions

- Government/B2B2G Liaising with experience in tender processes, government procurement, and institutional sales

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred

- MBA or relevant management qualification is an advantage

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of solar PV technology, module specifications, and industry standards

- Knowledge of government policies, subsidies, and regulatory framework in renewable energy sector

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools

- Understanding of tender processes, contract negotiations, and government procurement procedures

Core Competencies:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
