Location: North India (Region-based role with extensive travel)

Role Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager North 2 will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing the dealer sales ecosystem. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and building strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets

- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the dealer sales team to drive consistent performance

- Identify and convert new business opportunities through project leads and key client engagements

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, consultants, and distributors

- Appoint, manage, and strengthen the dealer and distributor network across the region

- Drive product promotions through site visits, demonstrations, seminars, and branding initiatives

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales strategies

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, MIS, and performance reports

- Ensure healthy inventory levels and smooth order execution in coordination with supply chain teams

- Oversee timely payment collections from dealers and customers

- Travel extensively across the assigned territory to support field sales and customer engagement

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Achievement of regional sales and revenue targets

- Expansion and performance improvement of dealer and distributor network

- Growth in new project acquisitions and key accounts

- Improvement in market penetration and brand visibility

- Effective team productivity and capability development

- Timely collections and healthy receivables management

Required Skillsets:

- Strong regional sales management and channel development expertise

- Proven experience in dealer-led or project-based sales environments

- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities

- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action

- Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

- High level of mobility and willingness to travel extensively

- Results-driven mindset with strong execution focus

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
