We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding business needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding the best talent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end hiring, deep understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver top-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Depending on experience, the role may focus on individual contributor hiring or managing a recruitment team across technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, diversity, and speed of hiring.
Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and competency assessments to match candidates with role requirements.
- Maintain a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Build and nurture talent communities for critical skill areas and future hiring needs.
Interview Coordination & Assessment
- Coordinate and manage the entire interview process with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Conduct HR interviews and support hiring teams in making informed selection decisions.
- Facilitate offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement with selected candidates.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
- Promote the companys employer brand through digital platforms, campus drives, and professional events.
- Provide market insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
- Recommend innovative ways to attract and retain top talent.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track and maintain accurate data in ATS/HRMS systems.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards with key metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection laws, and recruitment ethics.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
