Manager - Social Media
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- This role involves content creation, community management, performance analysis, and staying ahead of trends to keep our digital presence strong and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Define KPIs and establish benchmarks to measure campaign success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and reels) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and visual style in collaboration with the design team.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and foster community engagement.
- Manage influencer or brand ambassador relationships if applicable.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Track follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to support campaign objectives.
- Assist in executing paid social advertising campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Support event promotion, product launches, and PR initiatives through social media.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
