About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, process optimization, and team leadership.
The Inside Sales Manager will manage a team of executives focused on B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and account nurturing using phone, email, and digital communication channels.
This role is ideal for someone who combines sales acumen, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead qualification and nurturing.
- Drive conversion of leads into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns for lead generation and prospect engagement.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives / executives.
- Monitor daily activities, track KPIs, and ensure high levels of productivity and call efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric culture within the team.
Lead Management & CRM:
- Manage and monitor leads through CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, forecasting, and reporting of sales metrics.
- Analyze conversion rates, sales trends, and pipeline data to optimize the sales process.
- Implement and maintain best practices in lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Interact with prospects to understand business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and presentations to potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Participate in defining pricing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (B2B or B2C).
- Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
