- We are constantly pushing boundaries of the technology and finding innovative ways to make our deployments smoother and faster. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.

Requirements:

- Expertise in Workday HCM, and experience Compensation, and Advanced Compensation is a plus

- Experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments.

- Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.

- Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.

Preferences:

- Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).

- Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
