Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities:

- We are seeking a Workday Mid-Enterprise HCM Consultant to implement and support Workday HCM solutions for launch/mid-sized businesses.

- Responsibilities include configuring core HCM functionalities such as organizational structures, job profiles, business processes, security, and reporting.

- The consultant will work closely with project teams to enhance system functionality, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements. Workday HCM certification and prior experience in mid-enterprise implementations are highly desirable.

Job Description:

- Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.

- 4+ years of experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments.

- Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.

- Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.

Preferences:

- Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).

- Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
