Workday Finance Functional Consultant (4-10 yrs)
Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Nodia, Pune & Jaipur
Work mode: Hybrid model.
Experience:
- 2-8 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proven track record of successful Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning implementations and enhancements.
Certifications:
- Workday Finance certification - P2P/R2R/C2C/Adaptive Planning certification.
- Having certifications in additional Modules like Business Assets, Expenses, Inventory etc. will be an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Managing best practices in Workday Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting, configuring business processes and reports (calculated fields are a bonus)
- Configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
