
Sales Hunter AI Data Services (9-16 yrs)
Hurix Digital is seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter with a proven track record and existing relationships in the AI/ML ecosystem. As a core business development leader, your primary goal is to generate high-value opportunities for AI data annotation and labeling services fast. You will be responsible for opening new doors, accelerating lead conversions, and securing client engagements within your first 90 days.
This role is designed for a true hunter, someone who thrives in high-stakes, target-driven environments and brings a strong Rolodex of AI/ML clients, startups, and enterprises in need of scalable data services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Generation:
- Leverage existing network to generate qualified leads for AI data services, including image, text, audio, and video annotation.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitch, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify high-growth verticals (e.g., automotive, healthcare, education, retail, tech) and pursue key decision-makers aggressively.
Revenue & Target Accountability:
- Deliver on aggressive quarterly sales targets within your first 90 days of joining.
- Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to support recurring and project-based revenue streams.
- Report regularly on progress, win/loss analysis, and account health.
Solutioning & Consultative Selling:
- Collaborate with Delivery and Pre-Sales teams to shape customized data solutions for AI/ML workflows.
- Translate client needs into compelling value propositions, proposals, and pitch decks.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor trends in AI/ML adoption, data ops outsourcing, and tech tooling.
- Bring back competitive insights and client pain points to help refine service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 9 - 16 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years selling AI/ML data services, data annotation, or BPO/KPO services to tech-driven clients.
- Demonstrated ability to close business using personal network within the first 1-2 quarters of joining.
- Deep understanding of data workflows used in AI training (computer vision, NLP, speech).
- Strong presence, persuasive communication, and C-suite engagement capabilities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Network includes AI product teams, innovation labs, CTOs, or procurement heads in data-driven organizations.
- Prior experience with clients in North America, Europe, or APAC preferred.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and custom pricing models for AI projects.
