As a Senior Product Designer at HumanX, you will be involved in shaping behavioural and business outcomes for global digital products.
Specifically, your role entails:.
Product Thinking:
- You understand the product vision and ensure the design goals are aligned to it.
- You think in concepts, not screens, and approach briefs through a problem solving lens.
- You demonstrate the ability to connect articulated and latent user needs to product use cases to deliver a cohesive experience that has a measurable impact.
Hands on Design:
- You own the design process, from ideation to polished prototypes.
- With expertise in design tools, your work involves creating high fidelity designs.
- By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you seamlessly integrate your designs into the final product while refining them based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Research & Insights:
- You are adept at deriving insights from user research and data.
- You have mastered the art of listening and can peel through the surface to uncover drives and patterns that can guide design decisions.
Storytelling:
- Every experience is a story, and you can capture the essence of the design solution in a concise and compelling narrative.
- You can pitch designs as a human story making it easy to empathise with and relate to.
- You can string together screens into a cohesive experience and are comfortable presenting to CXOs in a persuasive fashion, helping them appreciate our design decisions.
