About the role:
Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead and coordinate growth marketing and social media mandates for a few of our key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication comprising daily stand-ups and weekly status syncs with internal and client teams.
- Maintain & share tracker around tasks, timelines, blockers, and next steps on discussed actionable.
- Own the project management dashboard, ensuring task visibility and timely completion.
- Monitor & evaluate key metrics to take informed optimization efforts.
- Design content calendars, growth experiment roadmaps (A/B testing), and campaign plans if any.
- Ensure feedback loops and learnings are well-documented and actioned.
