Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and execute hiring strategies to attract and secure top talent in a competitive SaaS market.
- Partner with leadership to scale teams efficiently while maintaining quality and speed.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and critical roles.
- Use talent mapping and market insights to identify high-potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter in Saas or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
