Designation -Human Resource Specialist
Office- Gurgaon (Onsite - WFO for 5days)
Job Overview:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for performing various HR-related duties, supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires during the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support in resolving employee concerns, complaints, and disputes.
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing issues proactively and maintaining good relationships between employees and management.
- Facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
Performance Management:
- Assist with the implementation and tracking of performance reviews.
- Support managers in providing feedback to employees and setting performance goals.
- Help organize training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and development.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and Govt. labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Assist with annual benefits enrollment and answering employees' questions regarding benefits.
HR Administration:
- Maintain HR systems, databases, and files.
- Generate HR-related reports as needed (e.g., employee turnover, attendance records, etc.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or master's in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in HR or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office Suite.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
