Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives along with Industrial Relations (IR) responsibilities at Vadodara location. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands- on exposure to plant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development (L&D):

1. Training Need Identification across departments and skill categories

2. Designing and executing annual training calendars

3. Coordinating internal and external training programs

4. Evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining MIS

5. Driving capability- building initiatives for staff and workmen

6. Supporting leadership development programs

Industrial Relations (IR):

1. Handling day- to- day IR activities at the plant

2. Maintaining healthy relations with workmen and union representatives

3. Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labour laws)

4. Managing grievance redressal mechanisms

5. Supporting disciplinary procedures and documentation

6. Coordinating with government bodies and labour authorities

General HR Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & induction for new hires

2. HR policy implementation at the plant

3. Employee engagement initiatives

4. HR data management and reporting
