Position: HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and maintain employee records in the HRMS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support monthly payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support team-building initiatives.
- Manage documentation for new joiners, internal transfers, and exit formalities.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and help with timely reviews and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as per business needs.
Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related. field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools.
