POSITION SUMMARY : - As an HR Generalist with an HRBP focus, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and providing day-to-day HR support across the organization. You will partner with business units to drive HR initiatives that align with company goals, while also ensuring a seamless employee experience through effective HR practices and processes. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS: - 3-5 years of HR experience, including a mix of recruitment, HRBP, and generalist responsibilities. - Proven experience working with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods, and interviewing techniques. - Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. - High level of emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion. - Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: Recruitment (40%): - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring across departments. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job descriptions aligned with team goals. - Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. - Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring candidates meet both technical and cultural fit. - Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. - Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture. HR Business Partnering (HRBP) (40%): - Act as a strategic HR partner for designated business units, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. - Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business challenges and align HR strategies to support company objectives. - Coach managers on employee development, conflict resolution, and leadership best practices. - Lead talent management and succession planning efforts within business units to ensure a high-performing workforce. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company culture and values. HR Generalist (20%): - Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations. - Assist with the administration of employee performance reviews, promotions, and salary adjustments. - Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Handle employee relations issues and investigations, providing timely and effective resolutions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidential employee records. - Contribute to HR reporting and metrics tracking, helping leadership make data-driven decisions on HR initiatives. GOOD TO HAVE : - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Experience in the IT services or technology sector is desirable. - Previous experience in a fast-growing company or a dynamic HR environment. - Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement practices.
