
- One of our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in the edible oil manufacturing industry for Bangalore Location.
- The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
- The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the workforce to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor and track employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans for employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including leave policies, insurance, and other perks.
-HR Administration: Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, attendance, and recruitment.
- Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing facility.
- Promote a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
