
Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10-14 years
Core HRBP Experience: 8-10 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Manage performance management processes
- Advise on organizational design, compensation, and talent acquisition
- Lead HR projects and change management initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Use HR metrics to improve performance, retention, and engagement
- Support diversity hiring and retention strategies
Candidate Profile:
- 10-14 years of HR experience
- Minimum 8-10 years in core HRBP role
- Experience in SaaS / High Technology preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, compensation, and employee relations
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Proficiency in Zoho and Google Suite preferred
- Fluent in English and local language
- Ability to work US/EST time zones
Candidate Preference:
- SaaS-based experience preferred
- Local Hyderabad candidates or originally from Hyderabad
- Candidates willing to commit long-term
