Human Resources Business Partner - Global Services

My client, a global services organization with operations across multiple geographies and a strong growth agenda, is looking to hire a leadership role within the HRBP space.

Role Summary:

- Senior HR Business Partner leadership role supporting global business units

- Strong focus on Global Mergers & Acquisitions from due diligence to post-merger integration

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people, structure, and transformation

- Role sits within a services-led, non-manufacturing environment (Healthcare / GCC / Consulting)

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as HRBP to senior business and global leadership teams

- Lead Global HR M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integration

- Drive policy harmonization across geographies post-acquisition

- Lead change management initiatives during integration and transformation

- Partner on policy framing, governance, and HR operating model design

- Oversee compensation, benefits alignment, and rewards harmonization

- Support org design, workforce planning, talent retention, and leadership alignment

- Act as HR SPOC for acquisition-related people strategy and execution

Key Skills & Experience Required:

- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience with a strong HRBP foundation

- Mandatory Global M&A exposure (cross-border integrations)

- Hands-on experience in policy harmonization, benefits alignment, and change management

- Ability to work with global stakeholders and matrixed organizations

- Background in Healthcare services / GCC / Consulting / IT services

- Strong expertise in HR governance, org design, and people transformation

- Manufacturing / plant HR experience not relevant
