Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and employees to drive people strategies that support organizational goals.
The HRBP will play a critical role in employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture-building, while acting as a trusted advisor to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, background verification, and orientation
- Support employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, engagement, retention, and exits
- Analyze employee data and trends to identify engagement, productivity, and retention improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement employee engagement and learning initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
- Manage HR operations related to immigration documentation, payroll inputs, taxes, and benefits administration
- Promote organizational values, ethics, and a strong workplace culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Proven experience in onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
