
- P&L Management: Take ownership of the Business Unit's Profit & Loss statement, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Employee Feedback and Attrition Analysis: Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on attrition rates and conduct root cause analysis to develop proactive solutions.
- Internal Surveys and Strategic Consulting: Design and conduct internal surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic consulting to senior leadership on people and organizational development initiatives.
- Coaching and Development: Offer coaching and mentorship to managers and employees, fostering aculture of continuous learning and development.
- HR Strategy Development: Partner with senior leadership and department managers to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve employee concerns or grievances.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Full time.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
