Description:


Job Purpose: This job will exclusively focus on supporting the HR Function of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate with hands-on experience to take ownership of internal recruitment and core HR operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a people-first approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role plays a key part in driving a seamless recruitment process while ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across the organization.

Location: New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities:


Recruitment:


- Design and update job descriptions and specifications in coordination with department heads.


- Source and screen candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.


- Use internal recruitment tools to ensure efficient candidate screening.


- Own the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and joining.


- Engage and communicate with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.


- Manage hiring timelines to ensure closure of open positions within defined TAT.

HR Operations:


Onboarding


- Assist in preparing KRAs for new hires.


- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.


- Handle BGV/reference checks for internal employees.


- Complete documentation on HRIS (Keka).


- Draft Welcome Emails.

Managing Employee Life Cycle


- Draft offer letters for selected candidates.


- Maintain and update HR-related MIS.


- Manage entries and updates on the HRIS (Keka).


- Send out employee communication (Anniversary, Birthday, Joining emails).


- Maintain emergency contact records.


- Prepare and update database, dashboards, etc as per the business requirement.


- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) for any disciplinary meetings with senior leadership.


- Assist in policy formulation and documentation.

Employee Engagement


- Organize and conduct Fun Fridays and festival celebrations.


- Drive engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.

Offboarding


- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlement process.


- Maintain proper documentation and compliance during employee separation.


- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the HR leadership.

Performance Management


- Assist in conducting Performance Evaluation (A&E) Meetings.


- Support managers and employees in the goal setting and review process.


- Maintain performance records and documentation.


- Follow up on improvement plans and assist in performance-related communications.

Learning & Development


- Identify training needs in collaboration with team leads and department heads.


- Coordinate and schedule internal/external training sessions and workshops.


- Maintain training calendars and attendance records.


- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments.

Self-Learning:


- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.


- Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement.


- Regularly assess yourself and look for areas to enhance efficiency.


- Follow all SOPs in the company.


- Perform other tasks and special projects as per Business need.

Required Knowledge:


- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


- Internet usage and data finding


- Recruiting industry knowledge


- Familiarity with HR Operations

Educational Qualification:


- Masters degree or Certification in HR.
