Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition & HR leader to drive end-to-end hiring and build scalable people practices in a high-growth startup environment. This role combines leadership hiring, global talent strategy (India & US), and evolving into broader HR ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive end-to-end hiring across India (tech & non-tech roles)

- Build and scale US/global hiring capabilities

- Lead hiring for leadership & critical roles (VP, senior, niche positions)

- Manage and mentor a TA/HR team (24 members) with defined KPIs

- Partner with founders and leadership on workforce planning & org design

- Implement structured hiring processes, interview frameworks, and scorecards

- Drive ATS optimization, hiring analytics, and recruitment dashboards

- Improve time-to-hire, conversion rates, and hiring quality

- Strengthen employer branding & candidate experience

- Contribute to broader HR areas: onboarding, performance, policies, and employee experience

Requirements

- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition / TA leadership roles

- Experience in B2B SaaS / product startups (Series AE preferred)

- Proven experience handling India + US/global hiring

- Strong track record in leadership and niche hiring

- Experience managing and scaling TA teams

- Hands-on expertise in ATS, hiring workflows, and analytics

- Experience building structured, competency-based interview processes

- Strong stakeholder management, working closely with founders/senior leaders

- Exposure or interest in broader HR functions
