About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership HR professional to lead Leadership Hiring as an Individual Contributor. This role requires someone who can independently drive senior-level mandates, partner closely with founders, and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end leadership hiring across functions
- Partner closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring strategy and role requirements
- Design sourcing strategies for senior and niche roles
- Proactively source leadership talent through networks, research, and market mapping
- Manage and drive external recruitment agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Drive offer negotiations and closure of mandates
- Maintain hiring dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership
- Continuously improve hiring processes for efficiency and scalability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6 - 10 years of experience in leadership hiring or strategic talent acquisition
- Prior experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / Startup ecosystem preferred
- Strong experience in agency management and direct sourcing
- Experience working closely with founders or CXOs
- High ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple leadership mandates
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate with speed, structure, and data-driven decision making
