JOB DESCRIPTION: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Position Title: Human Resource Officer
Department: Human Resources
Role Overview
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational aspects of the employee life cycle within the organization. This role is focuses on core HR operations, documentation, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Life Cycle Management
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding including documentation, induction, and system updates.
- Manage employee exits, ensuring smooth off-boarding, documentation, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records throughout their tenure.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain HRMS and ensure timely updates of employee information.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure process compliance.
3. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Validate attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.
- Resolve employee payroll queries.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory and legal requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, and other compliance matters.
- Maintain compliance-related records and support internal/external audits.
5. Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
