3-5 years in HR, with proven experience in People & Culture leadership to operationalize HR practices and ensure seamless delivery across core HR functions.
- Shaping and streamlining HR operations while building a strong people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation. Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with hiring managers.
2. HR Operations and HRMS Systems
- Manage HR tools like Keka, Zoho People, and Google Workspace for attendance, payroll inputs, leave tracking, and documentation.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own and streamline processes for onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full-and-final settlements.
4. Performance Management and L&D Support
- Manage performance review documentation, communication, and system updates.
5. Employee Engagement and Communication
- Run regular employee engagement surveys and action plans. Organise internal communication, events, and celebration initiatives.
6. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Roll out and communicate HR policies, code of conduct, handbooks, and compliance guidelines.
The Person:
- 3-5 years in HR operations, preferably in tech startups
- Full time MBA from a premier institute
- Strong experience in managing HR systems (Keka, Zoho People)
- Work from Office role - HQ Indiranagar, Bangalore
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
