Human Resource Business Partner

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive key people strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and deep expertise in all aspects of HR. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda, driving transformation, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth and transformation.

- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce planning.

- Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.

- Lead change management and organizational development programs in alignment with business priorities.

- Work closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR programs across performance management, learning & development, rewards, and DEI.

- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive decisions on headcount, productivity, attrition, and organizational health.

- Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

- Manage complex employee issues and support grievance resolution in partnership with legal/compliance teams.

- Champion culture, values, and behaviours in alignment with the company's mission.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role.

- Proven experience working closely with business leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
