As specialists of flexible packaging, our purpose is to help great products reach more people, more easily Role Summary - Oversee the administration and execution of all IR / HR related matters of the Hyderabad plant which includes Statutory and Labour Compliances, Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Union Relations. Roles and Responsibilities in Brief : - Recruitment - To fill all the vacancies at the plant within the hiring framework and TAT. - Learning and Development - Ensuring all the mandatory trainings are completed for the staff with in the timelines. - Employee Engagement - Conducting employee surveys on understanding employee pulse and preparing corrective action plan. - Statutory Compliance - Fulfilment of all the mandatory statutory compliances related to the factory. - Performance Management - Ensuring objective setting, bi-annual, annual reviews are completed with 100% accuracy and on time. - Union Relations - Ensuring harmonious and productive union labours at the site. Experience: - Prior Experience in managing a plant with 500 plus manpower is must. - Proficiency in Telugu language will be an added advantage. - MBA in HR / IR is preferred.
