Role Summary:

Talent Acquisition manager will drive the spectrum of talent recruitment activities from Early Careers through to lateral hiring. The role involves driving quality hiring for the organization through effective design and delivery of recruitment strategy within organization framework. He/she should also be able to execute operational and administrative work associated with these activities.

The role will interpret internal and external business challenges and drive continuous improvement to enhance TA processes & deliver customer satisfaction to enable business growth. The position holder will utilize understanding of industry & regional trends to enable business leaders to make informed decisions. The role also would involve active engagement across the corporate and manufacturing functions to drive productivity & build engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Business stakeholders and HR Leaders to identify talent needs and execute a recruitment strategy to meet the talent demands.

- Lead with strong operational rigor, adopt Innovative and cost-effective talent acquisition solutions across all functions with best / effective source mix.

- Drive a diverse & inclusive leadership culture and innovate & promote diverse hiring initiatives (partner with various Recruitment workshops to build a culture in the organization).

- Leverage various tools and reports to drive Talent Analytics in managing key decisions to hire on time, high quality talent for the businesses across the region.

- Ensure all the TA processes are adhered to compliances prevalent in the organization.

- Identify all the relevant automations to drive TA in the organization.

- Ensure & Build employee engagement to drive productivity across all levels in the relevant functions.

- Build connects with the relevant stakeholders internal & externally to build market intelligence for the function effective operations.

- Advocate and promote employer brand through appropriate channels and be the custodian of external and internal candidate experience.

- Good Communication & Analytical skills

- Should have the ability to develop strategies to drive the key elements of the TA philosophy.

- High on Interpersonal Skills to deal with people - internal and external.

- Professional with fair and balanced approach to resolve issues with the right perspective.

- Operates with Highest levels of integrity & ethics.
