Role Summary:
The Regional Key Account Manager - Exports will be responsible for managing and expanding export key accounts for the flexible segment with a focus on driving revenue and volume growth.
The role involves building strong relationships with international clients, brand owners, and converters while ensuring end-to-end client servicing-from inquiry through to delivery.
The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. Additional responsibilities include market trend analysis, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting development of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow export key accounts within the assigned region to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with international clients, converters, and brand owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for export clients - from inquiry to order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and upsell new solutions.
- Prepare and share regular business reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure effective handling of customer complaints, quality issues, and post-sales service.
- Track competitor activity and market trends in key export geographies.
- Support participation in international exhibitions and customer meetings.
