As specialists of flexible packaging, our purpose is to help great products reach more people, more easily Role Summary: - Oversee the administration and execution of all IR / ER related matters of the Khopoli plant which includes Statutory and Labour Compliances, Union Relations and Contract Labour Management. Roles and Responsibilities in Brief : - Identification of IR / Union/Employee issues proactively and solve the issues with the support system available. - Work with the Plant Leadership Team to ensure smooth day to day operations. - Interact and Manager Superior Relationship with Union Leaders, Govt Officials, Local Authorities to create a harmonious Industrial relations. - Create an overall IR strategy for the plant. - Executing and overseeing the COD and LTS negotiation with the Unions in a timely manner. - Ensure all the regulatory and statutory compliances for the plant with regards to Safety and Welfare of the workers. - Benchmark ER and IR practices internally and externally. - Identification of training needs for development of the staff. - Helping the regulators with the required mandatory audit. Ensuring proactively zero observation on audits. - Handle any kind of disciplinary issues or violation of code of conduct issues at the plant as per the framework prescribed in the law. - Driving other HR initiatives for the plants run through the central team. Experience and Education Requirement: - 8 to 10 years of IR experience handling both unionised and non-unionised workforce. - Full time MBA in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR - Fluency in Marathi language is a good to have requirement for the role as per the demography.
