Job Description:

The ideal candidate will guide business growth through market insights, financial planning, operational optimization, and strategic advice to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies

- Support investment decisions with feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and financial forecasting

- Evaluate operational workflows and recommend efficiency improvements

- Assist in developing pricing strategies and margin optimization plans

- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations

- Prepare detailed business reports, dashboards, and executive presentations

- Advise on supply chain optimization, procurement planning, and vendor strategy

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, alliances, and diversification areas

- Support project planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation initiatives

- Drive cross-functional coordination between production, sales, and finance teams

Required Skillsets:

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis

- Excellent knowledge of industry-specific regulations, raw material trends, and global markets

- Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar ERP/BI platforms

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights under tight timelines

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

- Knowledge of sustainability trends and ESG considerations in the industry is a plus

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred

- 58 years of relevant experience in business advisory, strategy, or consulting roles within the petrochemical, plastics, or rubber industry
