Education:- Chartered Accountant.

Experience:- 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant focus on- e-commerce platforms (like Amazon, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.

Position Budget: 8-10 LPA.

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to be part of our financial operations, focusing heavily on our e-commerce business model.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment gateway (PG) reconciliations, statutory compliance, particularly with Indian Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) provisions for e-commerce operators, and hands-on proficiency with- Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Payment Operations:

- Payment Gateway (PG) Reconciliation:- Own the end-to-end reconciliation process for all online sales channels and payment gateways.

- Reconcile daily/monthly transactions between the payment gateway reports, bank statements, and the company's books.

- Identify and resolve all discrepancies, chargebacks, settlement issues, and commission deductions in a timely manner.

Accounts & Reporting:.

- Manage and oversee all general accounting operations including partner ledger recons for weekly and monthly settlements.

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.

- E-commerce Tax & Statutory Compliance.

- TDS & TCS Management:- Ensure strict adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, with a deep focus on e-commerce-specific taxation.

- Manage all aspects of TDS compliance, especially under Section 194-O- (TDS on e-commerce transactions).

- Manage all aspects of TCS compliance under GST Section 52 for supplies facilitated through the e-commerce platform.

- Compliance for Onboarding:- Oversee and conduct compliance checks for all new vendors, suppliers, and e-commerce participants/partners prior and post to onboarding.

- Verify and document critical compliance requirements, including GST registration, PAN, and other statutory clearances to ensure correct TDS/TCS applicability.

- System & Process Improvement.

- Zoho Books Expertise:- Maximize the utilization of Zoho Books for all accounting, reporting, and compliance needs.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual financial processes.
