Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the B2B and lighting industry, an in-depth understanding of project-based sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate and institutional client accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, electrical contractors, PMC firms, and corporate decision-makers.
- Drive project sales in commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and infrastructure segments.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Participate in RFPs and commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing and value-added proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and client presentations.
- Manage a team of sales executives (if applicable), providing direction and support.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate/project-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively based on project and client needs.
- Prior experience in LED Lighting industry
