- Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery across regions, including salary disbursements and statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, tax, etc.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting attrition, attendance, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
- Support performance management cycle, confirmation process, and internal job movements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries and maintain HR operational efficiency.
