Job Purpose:


Lead the development and execution of long-term marketing strategies. Utilize strong digital marketing expertise to ensure cohesive brand presence across all digital channels. Drive innovative, forward-looking ideas to strengthen the companys digital footprint and support business growth.


Primary Skills (Core Responsibilities):


- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Build and execute the complete marketing roadmap including lead generation, brand positioning, and campaign planning.


- Digital Marketing Expertise: Manage and optimize all digital channels including website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms to ensure consistent communication and engagement.


- Campaign Management: Design and implement targeted campaigns to boost customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.


- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Measure ROI, monitor KPIs, manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and ensure continuous improvement.


- SEO & Content Management: Oversee content quality, SEO best practices, and digital presence to enhance search rankings and user experience.


- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and System teams to synchronize strategies that drive client satisfaction and business goals.


- Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the digital marketing team to meet performance goals and foster a culture of innovation.


Secondary Skills:


- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.


- Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Predict market and campaign performance trends and implement proactive strategies to boost market share.


- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.


- Technology Adaptation: Stay updated with latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies to enhance efficiency and output.
