We have an urgent Opportunity with HTC Global for the position of Production Head in Chennai(Vandalur)

Job Description

1. To Manage Operations of a large team (1500+) involved in Data Entry, Conversion & Publishing BPO

2. Drive the Project/ Production Managers to Meet Delivery, Quality & Budget SLAs

3. Coordinate with Recruitment/ Resource Management to ensure sufficient staffing

4. Identify, Manage & Mitigate risks

5. To work with the technology team in making the processes efficient

Skill Sets Required (Mandatory)

1. Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving abilities

2. Should be data driven

3. Excellent Spoken & Written English language skills

4. Should have been a programmer at some point in the career.
