User-Centric Development: - Champion user needs through deep customer research and feedback gathering. - Translate insights into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences. Key Skills & Requirements: - 2 to 3 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, tech platforms, or marketplaces. - B.Tech and MBA from top-tier institutes (mandatory). - Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms. - Passionate about user-first thinking, innovation, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
