We are looking for talent across two distinct seniority tiers:.
B2B Marketing Manager: 12-18 LPA.
Senior B2B Marketing Manager: 18-24 LPA (Requires strong depth in B2B marketing, demand generation, and GTM ownership).
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-ownership B2B Marketing Manager to build and scale partner programs and integrated campaigns within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who can enter new territories from zero, manage end-to-end demand generation, and simplify complex technology stories into compelling content.
You will be responsible for driving growth for Microsoft-centric products like Azure and Microsoft 365 through strategic GTM planning and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaign Strategy: Design and launch marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for Microsoft-centric services.
- Market Entry & GTM Execution: Build market presence in new territories through competitive research and the creation of complete GTM asset libraries (landing pages, sales decks, email sequences etc.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Independently develop technical and creative assets, including case studies, white papers, blogs, video scripts, and high-impact social media reels.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle, from initial social or web inquiry through qualification and sales handoff, optimizing the journey.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use software to monitor campaign performance, reduce bounce rates, and improve conversion ROI.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute targeted campaigns to engage high-value enterprise accounts interested in Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and confidently present to senior stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 4-6+ years in B2B tech or SaaS marketing.
- Execution Track Record: Proven ability to scale organic reach and achieve significant growth.
- Microsoft Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, and partner programs is a major advantage.
- Content Mastery: Skilled in Canva, Webflow/WordPress, and basic video production for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with experience in consultative environments.
