The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role) This opportunity is of a Project Manager in Global Transformation Center (GTC). Global transformation project managers are at the center of shaping, delivering and embedding change in the organization. They possess strong communication and negotiation skills and are equipped to lead teams by example. They facilitate the culture of change within the organization and ensure benefit realisation for the wider Wealth and Personal Banking(WPB) business. What you'll do: (List out Key Responsibilities) - Ensure deployment and adoption of change using the standard group frameworks and Ways of Operating (WOO) - Work with stakeholders and delivery partners to identify opportunities to create business value - Manage project budget, resource, plan and governance using best practices of project and program management - Work closely with the business sponsor to define the roadmap and plan budget and resources to deliver the set objectives - Align at all times to the group strategy, values and behaviours
