We have an urgent requirement for - AVP- Credit Services- HSBC-Kolkata  Role Purpose  HSBC Technology and Services is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HTS combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.  Role Dimensions  To manage the operational activities/challenges of allocated processes and changing environment of the GSC- s, while ensuring resources match workloads to provide cost effective processing to deliver an efficient, high quality service within Service Level Agreements. Also ensure that areas of operational risks are identified, monitored and managed effectively to enable business continuity.  - The AVPO would be required to lead and manage the management teams to meet set performance targets as agreed with the business partners. These targets would be expressly documented in the PLA documents signed for the process.   - Responsible for ensuring all migrations of work into the GSC are successfully achieved with appropriate staff, equipment and office requirements being in place in accordance with agreed schedules and Service Level Agreements.  - Responsible for developing a climate in which creativity thrives and in which process quality and productivity are continuously improved.  Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications  - Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce Stream, MBA, MBA Finance, MCom,   - 7+ years of experience for an external candidate  - Strong knowledge of Credit products  - Hands on Working Knowledge of Corporate Credit Operations which includes Pre and Post Approval process and also Financial Statement Spreading  - Excellent verbal & written communication skills  - Strong negotiation & persuasive skills  - Commercial Banking Experience  - Team handling experience  APPLY TO: If you find the job profile as per your requirement kindly mail your updated CV  Along with the following details:   Work experience:  Current c.t.c:  Expected c.t.c:  Notice period :  Looking forward to hear from you.   HR Team HSBC
