Communicates across all levels and with senior executives - Proactively supports transformational initiatives & innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance Job Description (Sub-function) : - Business Analysts work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options for execution. In systems related projects and programmes, the role holder will support tech teams with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions. - The job is a major point of contact with the business, technology teams and DAO delivery teams. Business Analyst will work independently and should have a high level of flexibility to consult with the business at all levels. They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with all delivery partners and with Global Functions. May conduct one off business research and analysis tasks related to programme or project scope Qualifications - External What you will need to succeed in the role : Eligibility Criteria : - 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in reporting and data projects requirements gathering and demand governance and with Masters degree or equivalent from reputed universities (IITs/IIMs). - Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous. - Knowledge of BI tools & Data transformation technologies (such as Qlik, Python) is beneficial - Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP), Data Modeling, Analytics and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control is a plus - Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework. Experience on working on Data/Information Management projects of varying complexities. What additional skills will be good to have?
