Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRMS Payroll Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and Payroll modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities across integrations, conversions, customizations, PL/SQL development, and payroll processing.
This role requires a solid understanding of Oracle HRMS R12 functionalities and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end HRMS and Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions in Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
- Lead technical development for Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, HRMS Data Conversions, and custom HRMS components.
- Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, personalizations, and HRMS-specific enhancements.
- Build XML/RDF Reports, PL/SQL Interfaces, Workflows, and other custom reporting solutions.
- Handle all technical aspects of Payroll Processing including Prepayments, Costing, and Transfer to GL.
- Create and optimize Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other PL/SQL database objects.
- Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in performance testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS with deep Payroll expertise.
Hands-on experience with:
- HRMS, Payroll, Integration, Conversions, Customization, Extensions, Personalization
- PL/SQL, FastFormula, Workflows, Interfaces, Reports
- Absence, Talent, Payroll Processing, Costing, Prepayment
- Strong experience in analysis, design, testing, and implementation of Oracle HRMS R12 systems.
- Expertise in Payroll Integration, Core HR Integration, and HRMS Data Conversions.
- Proficient with XML/RDF Reports, PL/SQL Interfaces, and Oracle Workflow.
- Strong programming knowledge in SQL/PL/SQL, including Procedures, Functions, Packages, and database objects.
- Solid understanding of Payroll Processing life cycle and HRMS-related integrations
