Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR tech to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (Darwin box/Oracle), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Management:
- Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwin box (or similar HRMS platforms).
- Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, etc.
- Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, RnR, and Core.
HR Data & Analytics:
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making and leadership consumption.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.
AI & Automation in HR:
- Explore and implement Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Leena AI, etc.) to enhance HR efficiencies in documentation, FAQs, and employee experience.
- Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees.
- Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HRMS (Darwinbox experience is a strong plus).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
