HR Transformation Consultant - Presales

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant - Presales to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives and support large, complex deals. This is a high-impact, client-facing individual contributor role focused on solutioning, consulting, and deal shaping across the HR value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) solutions covering Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Exit Management

- Lead solutioning and presales efforts for HR transformation and HR outsourcing engagements

- Analyze client requirements, identify pain points, and develop tailored, scalable HR solutions

- Own and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal creation, and commercial inputs

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (delivery, product, sales) to shape winning solutions

- Present, articulate, and defend proposed solutions to senior client stakeholders (CHROs, CXOs)

- Support deal closure through strong consultative selling and storytelling approach

- Stay updated on industry trends including digital HR, AI-driven HR solutions, and automation

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in HR consulting, presales, or solutioning roles

- Strong exposure to HR transformation programs and HR outsourcing (HRO) models

- In-depth understanding of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and HR operating models

- Proven experience in RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and deal shaping

- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills

- Strong communication and presentation capabilities with executive presence

- Good understanding of digital HR platforms, analytics, AI, and automation in HR
