
HR Transformation & Operations
Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives:
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, focusing on automation, digitization, and enhanced self-service capabilities.
- Support the design and implementation of modern HR operating models and process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners, recruiters, and compliance teams to ensure timely, accurate HR support.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Continuously enhance the employee experience by streamlining processes and addressing user feedback.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies across all HR operations.
- Maintain governance frameworks to uphold HR data integrity and compliance standards.
Technology & Data Management:
- Manage and leverage HR systems such as HRIS and ServiceNow to support efficient HR operations.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
Process Optimization:
- Oversee and optimize key HR operational processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
- Implement process automation and standardization across regions or business units.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations or transformation roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.) preferred.
