Role: HR Strategy Consultant
Experience: 11-15 years experience in end-to end HR (preferably in HR strategy and consulting roles)
Education: Masters degree in business / HR management
Job Description:
- Work with Solutions team to create overall HR solution and client pitch (typically large clients with global presence and diverse workforce)
- Bring in insights from overall HR practice, ongoing HR and industry business trends, best practices, with a clear view of process KPIs critical to positive business impact, and industry benchmarks to create integrated HR solutions
- Bring in deep HR domain knowledge and business acumen to visualize user experience and persona journeys key to business and HR, and create compelling presentations/ communication material, and articulate them during client interactions for strong positioning of COMPANYs HR practice
- Bring in strong articulation, communication and presentation skills to stitch together the overall solution construct, process and tech operating models and delivery strategy along with innovative ideas that present COMPANYs offerings in best light and a present a clear competitive advantage using various media and communication channels documents, presentations, video journeys, demos, executive pitches
- Translate data into cost benefit models to make strong business benefit recommendations. Be able to model and articulate the impact of HR process and tech solutions on business to define and present clear business benefit.
- Deliver solution presentations to CHRO and Executive stakeholders of client organizations
- Respond to RFIs using various media (incl. but not limited to documents, presentations, video journeys, demos, direct in-person interaction) based on client requirements.
- Work with the team to design and present pro-active pitches for prospective clients and leverage cross selling for existing clients
- Have a working overview of country-specific HR practices including broad level compliance requirements
- Bring in point of view of overall industry, client organization and their HR practices through primary and secondary research to create strong solutions even in case of limited information, thereby, building competitive advantage for the HR consulting and delivery practice
- Suggest and create clear HR operating models and workflows aligned with industry best practices, benchmarks, and process and technology trends for sales cycles
- Keep updated with tech platforms and emerging technology, and be able to assess and present competitive advantages relevant to the project
- Keep updated with relevant and contemporary competitive analyses and understanding differentiators betweenand its competitors
- Prepare for meetings and present tailored communications to address business needs of potential clients
